2.2 The website provides two mechanisms for contacting us, namely: (a) a call booking system; and (b) a contact form.  If you choose to use these mechanisms to contact us, the following personal data will be collected:

(a) Service providers: We use Wix.com, Inc. to host this website and Microsoft Corporation to provide secure cloud-based email and file storage services.  Each service provider acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes personal data in accordance with their respective data-processing agreements and privacy policies. 

(b) Professional advisers: We may share personal data with lawyers, accountants, insurers or other professional advisers where reasonably necessary for obtaining professional advice or managing business risks.

(c) Law enforcement and regulatory authorities: We may disclose personal data where required to do so by law, court order, or at the request of regulators or authorities with appropriate jurisdiction.

5.3 Technical data generated through website visits is retained only for as long as necessary to ensure website security, functionality and generate analytics, as determined by Wix.com, Inc., and is then deleted or anonymised.

5.4 In our experience, it can sometimes take a while following an enquiry being made before a client relationship is formed.  Accordingly, any personal data collected through enquiries made via our website and any resulting communications will generally be retained for up to 24 months from the date of our last communication.  If no client relationship is formed, personal data relating to the enquiry will be deleted at the earlier of either: (a) once it becomes apparent that no client relationship will result from the enquiry; or (b) after the period of 24 months expires, in accordance with clause 5.5 below.  Where a client relationship is formed, personal data relating to the enquiry will continue to be retained in our files in line with our Client Privacy and File Retention Policies.

5.5 When personal data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised, in accordance with our internal policies and procedures.

6.1 Access to your personal data is restricted to those people who need it to perform their role.

6.2 We use appropriate administrative, technical and physical measures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data.
